Samova 12 is located in a quiet part of Prague, on the borderline between Vinohrady and Vršovice quarters, the residential areas equipped with facilities such as shops, services, public transport and other infrastructures. All civic amenities, including the kindergarten, primary school or the clinic, are situated straight in Sámova Street or within its reach. Find the Eden shopping centre nearby as well as the football stadiums of Prague Bohemians and Slavia Prague football clubs. For other sports activities enjoy the winter sport stadium or tennis courts directly in the street. A close dog’s playground is assigned to pets. 

The surroundings of the house mainly comprises of older apartment houses, which, in recent years, have been sensitively supplemented by several new buildings of an exquisite style. For relaxation you are invited into Havlickovy Sady – a natural park in a distance of 200 metres, known for its vast vineyards and also for its dominant of Gröbe’s villa. You can also visit nearby Herold’s park. The Botič stream flows through the entire site.

Traffic availabilty

In addition to cars, Samova 12 has excellent public transport facilities. Tram stop Vrsovická is only 200 meters far, the way to the centre takes only 12 minutes. In the vicinity you can find the Prague-Vršovice railway station providing off-Prague connection. Moreover, the Vršovice – Main Railway Station rout can be taken within the PID (Prague Integrated Transport).
