Samova 12 is located in a quiet part of Prague, on the borderline between Vinohrady and Vršovice quarters, the residential areas equipped with facilities such as shops, services, public transport and other infrastructures. All civic amenities, including the kindergarten, primary school or the clinic, are situated straight in Sámova Street or within its reach. Find the Eden shopping centre nearby as well as the football stadiums of Prague Bohemians and Slavia Prague football clubs.
