Residence Sámova 12 was designed by leading architects of Znamení čtyř. The design philosophy is based on a combination of four natural elements: Earth, Air, Water and Fire. The four elements presented throughout the house are introduced in graphic motives and materials used. The elements listed above are also projected into the exterior forming a natural wave and making the house exceptional in the street.
MORE ABOUT THE PROJECTSamova 12 is located in a quiet part of Prague, on the borderline between Vinohrady and Vršovice quarters, the residential areas equipped with facilities such as shops, services, public transport and other infrastructures.
LOCATIONThe project creates 26 exclusive apartments with the disposition of two-bedroom flat up to four-bedrooms flat completed with a garden, a balcony or a terrace.
